I tried Voiceral for my home business line last fall. Worked great, unbeatable price. So in February, I decided to add my home line too. They sent me new equipment to handle both lines. I returned the original equipment to them vis USPS insured with delivery receipt. I was charged in full for the second box and promised a full credit upon receipt of the first. I returned the first box within 3 days of receiving the new equipment and have USPS delivery confirmation to prove this. I have called them several times over the past 6 weeks, and they keep telling me that they are backed up on crediting the returned euipment. NOW THEY HAVE ADDITIONALLY CHARGED ME A NON-RETURNED EQUIPMENT FEE of another 39.00, instead of the credit I was promised and expected.
If you add the original equipment fees (110) and the unreturned equipment fee (39) and my cost of returning their equipment with insurance and delivery confirmation (15), then I haven't saved SQUAT with them so far and have this frustrating situation ot deal with on top of it all.
I think they may have started out well, but they may be outgrowing their ability to deal with a fast-growing business, and their customers are paying (literally)for Voiceral's internal organization problems.
The long distance sound is REALLY tinny sometimes, too.

Voiceral Comm voce quality for international calls, especially to Russia, is very poor, in some cases just no service. When I joined the provider, voice quality and reliability was very good but for last couple moth it’s just unacceptable. The company is doing nothing to improve. I am looking a way to change a provider.

I live in the Hudson valley. Voiceral moved my number from Verizon with no difficulty. Set-up was easy with the supplied adapter and instructions.
After a month of use I had difficulty getting through to three exchanges in my local area code. These exchanges are not served by Verizon, but by a local phone company. I emailed support during the evening and got immediate response. The next morning Tech Support called to test my phone. After some test calls by me and them, they emailed me that they had identified a capacity problem in one of their carriers; had spoken with the carrier; and that the problem would soon be solved. It was, by the end of the day.
Voice quality has been very good. I often ask people at the other end whether my voice is clear. They mostly say "yes," including my mom who has hearing problems. In the same exchange which had the capacity problem, I experience an occasional cut-out of sound at the start of a call with two specific numbers, but not with the two or three-dozen other numbers that I have called in that exchange and elsewhere.

Voiceral Customer Service called and was extremely courteous as always but could not get the call waiting features to work.
I was told that my telephones were the culprit. - I have corded two-line phones and connect the adapter to the telephone jack so that the signal goes to the same line on all extensions. I use Verizon for the second line.

I've had to disconnect call waiting again because the new adapter I received automatically switches to the second caller instead of giving a call waiting signal. Although the first caller isn't disconnected, the call waiting feature does not function correctly.
I sent a trouble call ticket and will advise tomorrow on what happens.

Well, I can say the quality is excellent but I've had problems with the features.
I've had no data/fax service but after requesting support, Customer Service told me they would enable it at my request. . . . . I did so at about 4:00 P.M. today, but I'm still waiting for it to be turned on. I want to add that this is thrown in with the residential service, but it is not disclosed on the website.
Also, I've had trouble with their call waiting.
My wife said on numerous occasions, she is on the telephone and another caller would tries to reach her. Instead of receiving a beep on the line, the connection to the first caller is intermittently cut off, then lost. She tries to reach the second caller, who is disconnected, goes back to see if the first caller is still there, and finds she has lost both calls.
I reported this to Customer Service at about 8:00 P.M. today.
I will follow-up this post to advise on how/if/when these problems are resolved.

Apparently someone has a hair up there butt for Voiceral and doesn't have the cahonies to post their real name and their statements seem to be unfounded from my experiences.
For me, I've been using Voiceral since Nov, 2005 and other than a power outage, I haven't had any problems with calls, connections and am very happy to be recieving the same service, plus a few other extras as compared to the local Cable phones, and at roughly 1/3 the price.

I rarely write reviews, but for this company I'm happy to do so. I signed up with them about 6 months ago and they're awesome. Their customer service is spot on, If you have any technical issues (which I've had one in 6 months) they not only took care of it right away, they're also friendly and knowledgable.
The phone quality is very clear and the price is the best out there.
