I am electronically challenged. I called and spoke with a super representative who patiently walked me thru everything needed to start my account!
I cannot think of anything negative with my provider at this point! I could not have asked for better customer service. The price is going to save me enough money to go out for a wonderful dinner each month!

It has been very nice to NOT go to the mail box & once a month dread that $80 a month bill for crappy AT&T service.
Do yourself a favor & switch today.
DONT let the MONOPOLY ( AT&T ) tell you that you dont have any other choices because of Intelafone now you do !!!

Intelafone is a smaller corparation then Monopoly companies like AT&T...Wich allows a more personal service. We researched many internet phone providers & found Intelafone had the best value !!!

Like a lot of people these days, money is tight. I gave up my landline because it seemed like I hardly ever used it. But as soon as I went to cell-only I became aware of just how much time I spend on hold, running up those precious weekday cell minutes. I didn't want to return to a traditional landline, but I needed something more affordable than a deluxe cell plan. When I heard about Intelafone I called them with a bunch of questions; I just couldn't believe I could get a residential line with unlimited any time calling for a total cost of $11.25 a month! (That’s less than half the difference in cost between my basic cell phone plan and my cell carrier’s anywhere anytime plan!)

terrific customer service at Intelafone; I called twice, once before signing up and once after getting a new telephone. Both times I received fast, friendly, helpful customer service from a guy who was thoroughly familiar with the ins and outs of VOIP. Intelafone is everything it promises, easy installation (I just plugged it into my router!) and has worked flawlessly. The tone is crystal clear, no one I've spoken with on the Intelafone system has made any comments about volume, clarity, or interference, and on my end, calls sound no different from my old landline. The only difference is the price--each month my former no frills landline service cost $11.50 PLUS $13.00 per month in taxes/service fees PLUS extra fees for each feature (voice-mail, caller ID, etc.) With Intelafone, caller ID, call waiting, three way calling, call forwarding to cell phone, caller ID blocking, voicemail to email, digital outbound faxing, etc. are included in the base price, AND I get text messages from Intelafone whenever a voice mail message is left in my voice mailbox. How sweet is that?
I haven't had any bad experiences or been disappointed by anything related to my Intelafone service.

It's a lie that they charge $8.25 because slowly they keep on increasing the bill every month. I think 1 to 2 month it was $8.25 then I saw $13.00 & something and now its about $26.00. Service is also not good....we never can understand our voice mail. The other day I cancelled their voice mail and started our phone's voice mail still not clear it's kind of wavy, not clear at all. I don't know how they can claim cheaper and good service. I never wrote against any company this kind of comment 'cause never found service like this one .......so low and cheating in the bill, means kept on increasing the bill without letting us know.
Even when I talked to the customer service.......it seemed to me that the guy means the customer service agent does not care at all. He asked me " Shall I cancel your account ......I can do anything to lower the price or he couldn't do anything to improve the service, so imagine what kind of service they are providing.

I highly recommend Intelofone.  You can't beat the price and you stil get all the features you could possibly need, voicemail, call waiting, caller ID, etc.  Sound quality is excellent.  Have not had any issues.  Signing up is a breeze we did it all online.  Were given a date our service would be active and our old number transferred and it all went smoothly.  Couldn't ask for a better phone service!

I have been using Interlafone for a while
1. Helpful Customer Service
2. Reliable connection never had any problem
3. Awesome price if you compare to other providers.
4. Normal international calling rates and good quality.
5. easy to start and device installation as easy as 1-2-3

We used this phone for our business and found it to be a wonderful assest to our company. The online features made managing our phone volume productive and efficient. I was so impressed with the service  that we are now using Intelaphone for our home phone.

The fact that this monthly service comes to $11.25 / month AND you can get free months by referring a friend, is probably the best thing ever!!!

I'm super excited about using this phone service - cheap, easy and a great way to have a home phone!
If the power goes out, so does the phone.

Intelafone is a fantastic option for home phone service. The sound quality is great, and the service is 100% reliable and you can not beat the price, very affordable. I switched from a different provider of the same type and I am very happy that I did. I have recommended this service to everyone I knowand will continue to do so!

Overall, Intelafone is a great VOIP service provider.  The customer service is excellent and most problems can be resolved in less than two hours.  Installation of the adapter was quick and painless, only requiring you to plug into a power source and modem/router.  We were able to keep our own phone number and Intelafone was the only VOIP provider I found that offered a local calling number for my area.  I reviewed Vonage, Lingo, Magic Jack, Ooma, and Intelafone has exceeded my expectations.  Intelafone's $11.25 total monthly charge is unbeatable compared to the other leading VOIP providers.  The features available are too numerous to mention, and they can all be accessed and changed by the customer from a secure webpage.  I recommend Intelafone to family and friends every chance I get.  We are extremely pleased with our service from Intelafone and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to switch from a traditional land line to a VOIP line.  The call quality is good and most people do not notice that we are using a VOIP service instead of a land line service.  Intelafone also offers several rewards programs to existing customers for referrals. With a FREE month of service, I would definately recommend that you give Intelafone a try.  You have nothing to lose and you won't be disappointed.
