terrible customer service
ive waited 3 weeks for my service to be activated with a new number, when i signed up they said service was available and so were numbers, 3 weeks after im still waiting, no one calls back, had to continually call asking what was going on,. Isigned up dec 13, 2005, today is jan 2 2005, and i am just now informed after many many calls that they have no numbers where i requested, that they are on back order. Not a way to start a business relationship, informed customers make happy customers, I wil go elsewhere for my voip. MY rating for velocity tell is an F-
