We got OOMA some time ago and I must say I have been extremely happy to have made the move to this service. The product itself is easy to setup and use. It provides my employees with all they need day to day, both inside and outside of the office. The pricing is extreme fair for what you get. overall I highly recommend OOMA for your VOIP needs.

I am a definite fan of Ooma Office. I have the base station and use a Ooma Lynx to tie it into my existing home office phone wiring. I also use the Ooma Office app on my iPhone which is something I really like. I can be "in the office" almost anywhere as far as a caller is concerned. A big plus to make my business seem bigger than it is. Ooma has a large number of features and I only use a small subset. Voice mail via email is a favorite. The mobile app as mentioned. The virtual assistant is great for cutting down on junk calls and that's about as much of its capabilities as I'm using but it can do a lot more. I like the quality of the calls. It's great compared to my old Verizon line. The money I saved (It's about 1/3 the price) is also a big plus. Ooma support has been fantastic. I haven't needed to call them much, but when I have they were there and very helpful. A much shorter wait time than I ever got with Verizon!
Price, features, audio quality and price are the primary pros for me. And I
especially like the iPhone app which makes it possible to be "in the office"
anywhere.

We first installed an Ooma phone system back in 2015 replacing our AT&T system and saving hundreds of dollars each month. Loved all of the options as well as the call clarity and reliability of the system. Fast forward to early 2019 we upgraded our phones to the Yealink/Ooma T21p E2 phones and now we love our system and phones even more. You can't go wrong with Ooma and depending on who your current carrier is you will save money, if it is AT&T you will save a lot of money.
Ooma Office has been super helpful running my small business. It allows me to listen to voicemails from my email and use the app on my phone to return calls from my business number.
