I've been with NiteVoip a while now and they have been really great from signup til even now. When I first signed up my order was completed within a few days and shipped right out, then when I got it in the mail I just plugged it in and it worked right away. My last voip provider I had to call them when I got the box and have them alter settings which was a real pain. I've called nitevoip a couple times for some help with my router and the technicians there were very helpful in spending the time needed to resolve my issues even though they really aren't supposed to help with a router they didn't make. I didn't get a number switched over, instead I just got a brand new number from them because it comes unlisted for free. I would have liked the ability to choose from some numbers, but NV doesn't allow that. I'm happy with the number I had gotten though. Sound quality I'd say is actually better than my old land-line phone service, and there are so many features offered I don't know what to do with all of them. I still can't believe all of what I am getting for such a low price. Nitevoip is a top-notch internet phone service provider in my opinion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend trying them out. They have a moneyback guarantee too, so there's little to lose. That was my thought when I signed up, and I've been real happy ever since.

I've been with a few voip providers, and I even left nitevoip at one point. But in trying other companies I really like nitevoip the best so I came back. Their customer support is great with very friendly people in the US, they have lots of features, and most importantly the quality of service can't be beat (trust me, I know). I'm very happy with this company and recommend it to all my friends.

I had nothing but problems, problems, and more problems with voipyourlife.com....so I switched to nitevoip. I started service and was up and running with flying colors. Transferring my number was a breeze, and I haven't even had to use their technical support yet. Why oh why didn't I find this company sooner? It would have saved me a lot of stress!!

I've been with vonage, sunrocket, packet8, voiceral, and have had nothing but problems. Vonage is tanking because they are having legal issues, plus their support is horrible. Sunrocket is a mess and keeps bringing stuff down, even their whole online system you can access. For days they couldn't be reached! While packet8 and voiceral had ok service when they were up, support was poor and the device they gave me was very low quality. They also couldn't transfer my number. When I made the switch to nitevoip they had my number transferred in 1 week no problems, I've submitted a few emails with questions and they were responded to within an hour, and the best thing is that their sound quality blows all companies I've been with out of the water. My ratings given with reasons: (sound quality: 4) because running over the internet sometimes my connection slows down and degrades an audio stream, the highest Id ever give a voip company is 4 (reliability: 4) if my power goes out or my internet is down I have no service so I guess it's not the most reliable out there, more reliable is a land line (customer service: 5) someone I can understand from the US through phone and email responses are super fast (features: 5) more features than most providers, all of them actually work unlike some other companies (price: 5) although nitevoip might be a few dollars more than some others, its also a few dollars less than some, anything a few dollars more or less is a great price when you're talking about any price thats atleast half of what I was paying a land line company (overall: try it and you will be very pleased, I know I am)
