My business has used several phone service providers before finding Nextiva. Without question, Nextiva is head and shoulders above the competition. The call quality is indistinguishable from traditional landlines, I have yet to experience a service interruption and they offer outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a telecommunication solution in their business.

Been with Nextiva for almost a year with no complaints. Never had an issue with call quality and setup was quick. The features offered have helped increase efficiency for my business. I enjoy not having to be in my office to run my business with call forwarding features.

My phone service works well and there isn't much else to say about it. Each time I need assistance they help me.

I'm a two year customer with 9 desk phones and one in our conference room. When I got Nextiva to start, we only had one phone and signed up because the price was low. Fast forward three years and I'm using more features and happy with the service. I love it.

Customer service has been good. The features that come with the phone plan are plenty and useful. Just works.

I have more than 20 years experience in telecom. I've experienced countless companies attempt to provide business grade services and I know what a first class provider should be like. Phone service for a home user is different when compared to a business service. Comcast and Verizon were never able to cut it for me. In a business environment, companies can't afford a dropped call or unreliable technology. Being on the other side of the fence, I appreciate what I get from Nextiva. I've been a customer since the beginning of the year and I can already tell what a great phone company this is. I operate 13 3-person offices in Texas, New Mexico, and California. With Nextiva we now have all employees on one phone system, rather than 13, and the ability for everyone to dial one another by an extension (reliably) has been a productivity and morale boost. As an added bonus I've saved $800 month on my total phone bill by switching. Nextiva is recommended by me.

It's an excellent service for my business. Getting unlimited calling with the features they have is great. I pay less with Nextiva and get more out of it. I run business phone calls from my office, home and cell now.

The features are vast and took us a while to understand. Coming from an analog environment was a transition that took about 3 weeks to fully complete. This included porting numbers, educating employees on the phone system and new internet faxing, getting the phones installed and making sure everything was the way we needed it. The technical support is what deserves the most praise, every person has been quick, kind and knowledgeable.

Audio quality and reliability has been great. Using Nextiva for phone and fax lines, both are better than what we had before. This was our first "cloud" element, we now have our online data backed up in the cloud as well as our email and website. Technical support has been helpful each time we've contacted them, including twitter.
The features are vast and took us a while to Transferring our phone numbers took 3 weeks to complete. While there was no down time, it would have been preferred to see it complete faster.

I won't consider the idea of switching back to Verizon. Nextiva has been great in nearly every capacity and my phones finally work better than ever before.

Customer service, features, and price are why I chose them and why I'm with them.
The account portal online isn't something I use regularly but when I do, I need assistance from customer service by calling them.

Setup was prompt. The call quality is good. With the ability to dial any extension, we are able to call any of our employees and contractors around the world. as if we are in the same office. We had an issue with porting on our original phone providers end, but they were able to help us through the ind. Overall, no complaints.

When I've needed help the support staff answers the phone quickly and gets what I need handled. Call quality and the system features work great. I recommend.

Running and managing the phone system has been great. Getting started did take some getting used to but the customer service is helpful and friendly.
