I think they went 'belly up'. The phone service has been down for 2 days. They cannot be reached at their 800 phone number or their website. It is as if they have ceased and desisted all business without telling anyone. Can anyone else get thru? I HAVE to drop them. No service or information!
When calling in the wait time is excessive to talk to tech support.

They have some fax compatibility issues they need to correct. Apparently you can not use a brother MFC machine, it won't keep a connection on there system.
Fantastic features at a great price, although my promised E-911 has yet to work - AND I paid extra for it.
BUT, BUT, BUT...
Tech support is hard to reach and surly once you do reach someone.
Customer service is non-existent! I have sent them an email a day for two weeks straight and have yet to receive a reply or acknowledgement.
Voice quality is marginal - cell phone-like, several people have remarked on the echoes, etc.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemey!!
After using vonage, Packet8, ICH The best yet is Myphonecompany they have excellent prices great audio and no downtime! i can only wish them that they are doing a great job and please keep the server the way it is! its awsome.

Overall a solid contender. Great, responsive customer service and rates. One weak point - during conversations the audio would cut out for three seconds every two or three minutes. That becomes annoying because you have to ask the third party to repeat what they were saying. It may be my connection, although the service improved after the first month of use. Good rates, low monthly fee, good service, and a smart buy for a residential/soho consumer.
