Nice polite folks - well, being in Utah that would be expected. Long wait times for customer service or tech support - neither of whom seem to have any knowledge of what the other department has done. You get shuffled from pillar to post constantly going nowhere.
It took me 3 months to get credited for some equipment we returned as instructed, and only then because I kept calling the billing folks until they finally crumbled. Total chaos as they hunted through various disparate systems - a paperwork nightmare.
Another piece of equipment failed (3 months in) and I had to spend hours on multiple levels of support (repeating all the same stuff) to get it replaced under warranty. Finally gave up and wrote it off.
As for Billing, there's no online access to the bill details - but they "hope to make that available" some time in the future. Huh?
These folks just aren't ready for prime time - and it becomes obvious as soon as you need them to do something. Lots of lovely words just doesn't make up for wasted time and poor service. I'm sad to say this, but most of them need to find some other form of employment.

Cheap. Pretty simple setup and portal interface.

We had switched from an other VoIP provider. Jive just did a good job from the very beginning!
It was definitely worth the change. I would recommend them to anyone needs a good VoIP service and customer service experience

I am very happy with the company. I have been with them for over five plus years. I would recommend them to others. The customer services are great. Along with the techs they do a great job.
I have tried other VOIP companies, but GetJive has worked best for me.

They have an excellent Customer Services. They really want to help you fix the problem. That is so atypical of most companies. My Rep Candace has been there for a long time, which is great. Employes that stay at a company say a lot about a company.

Jive made the process from Setup Installation to programming seemless......Their knowledge base videos were also very helpful. A+ I would definitely recommend them....Awesome all the way around

When I was looking to replace my company's old phone system, I researched many voip providers. I was particularly impressed with Jive due to their feature-rich system and US-based support. I spoke with one of their sales reps via chat and was sold. It has been smooth sailing ever since. As our company has grown, we've had to add new phones to the system and it's quite an easy process. Support has been very helpful with the few minor issues we've run into since deployment. I would definitely recommend Jive to anyone looking for a hosted pbx system.

Absolutely love working with Jive. The previous company we used was a complete nightmare to work with. When I switched to Jive it was an amazing breath of fresh air. As a small business owner, I don't have time to waste worrying about if the phones are working, or spending hours trying to get them funcitoning correctly. Working with Jive has been extremely, easy, professional, and such a time saver. Wish I would have started here and not wasted time with other companies. I'm a customer for life.

On November 6th, 2013 I contacted Jive and requested a new phone line spoke to a wonderful young lady by the name of Lucila, she provided excellent customer service in a timely matter, I had my request done within 4 hours. Lucila emailed me several times to make sure there was nothing else I needed help with…GREAT JOB Lucila and hat off to you!!!

Incomplete call logs. We depend on our call logs to support litigation efforts. I just found out that Jive's call logs have been "80-90% complete", and it is an issue they "are aware of", and they are "working on it". This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for businesses that expect and need call logs to be accurate. And, if Jive already knew this, then why did they not proactively inform their customers? Unacceptable and dishonest. I can't trust Jive to disclose other known issues in the future, so we must now find another provider. Stay away from Jive. The appear to spend a lot of time polishing the shiny parts you see everyday, but the back-end is just as important. You won't know you have a hidden problem until it is to late.
