HyperDog Digital Reviews

Hyperdog Digital offers residential and business VoIP plans to best accommodate your communication needs. For low monthly fees and unbeatable deals, Hyperdog Digital provides customers with a wide variety of plans.

Hyperdog has two basic residential calling plans: Popular Unlimited and Home Basic. Both provide unlimited incoming calls and low rates international rates. Home Basic limits outbound calling to 500 minutes a month (over limit calls vary based on the calling destination). Popular Unlimited is, naturally, unlimited calling in the US and Canada. As a new feature, Hyperdog has also begun offering a choice of free calls to Europe or Asia. The rates for Popular Unlimted plan vary based on the length of your contract.

Hyperdog also offers a variety of small business VoIP plans. Business Basic gets two phone lines with 1,500 minutes for use in the United States and Canada. Business Unlimited offers unlimited calling to the US, Canada, and your choice of free calls to Europe or Asia.

I do alot of traveling and have used VoIP as a way to keep in touch with friends and family back home in the US. HyperDog has been fantastic in this regard. I can take my device and plug it in where ever I am and get in contact with family and no long distance charges!!! Prices were good and I really haven't had any problems with anything. Keep up the good work guys!

First month was free for me to try, prices, support, setup was easy, that's all I can think of...
Wish they could ship internationally but worked around that.

I've bounced around to several different VOIPs and HyperDOg Digital is by far the best I've seen. Their customer service was great, calls are clear, and their online user portal allows me to check my voicemail and change some of my features. I'll be sticking around here for awhile...and will be recommending this to everyone!

I purchased service through HyperDog Digital almost a year ago. Being in the military I was hoping to use this when I went overseas. This service has worked out great both at home and while I was away. I'm trying to get my parents to sign up as well as their current landline bill is way high. I recommend this service to anyone!

I run a small home business out of my home and VoIP sounded like the best solution for my phone needs. I have been very pleased with HyperDog thus far. Customer Service was great and answered all my questions, installation was very easy, and call quality has been great so far! I bought the Business plan so I could get two lines, one of which I use for faxing...which works great as well. Overall, great experience. I'm glad I took the leap to VoIP, and to HyperDog specifically!

Great Customer Service, Great Call Quality, Great Pricing!

I saw the many good reviews but can't share their experience. I made bad experiences all around: It took them more than 2 weeks to ship the VoIP decoder to me from Canada. After it arrived, the setup did not work for a number of days, and I could not reach customer service, allegedly because of a (Canadian ?) holiday. Once I got on the phone with a custom rep, things went relatively smoothly though. However, the call quality is poor on a regular basis, there is time delays and clipping of words. And I only now found out that their free calling plan to "Europe" does not include Germany, but only five countries. Of course, this information was somewhere in the small print, and I should have researched better before buying. But five countries is simply not "free calling to Europe", and I feel they deliberately mislead customers to sign up for a one-year contract they don't need. STAY AWAY!

I've been with Hyper Dog for over 2 years after making the switch from a few other voip providers that weren't up to par. Every feature of the service works great. I've even had to use 911 3 times and got right through everytime. The voice quality is far superior than the others I've tried. Rates are great and customer service is the best I've dealt with any company. I've probably only called them 5 times over the years and I've either got right through or only held for 2 minutes. It's nice to be able to reach someone right away that actually speaks english! Keep up the great work Hyper Dog!

4 Main Problems with HyperDog:
1. I tested 911 and it took 5 minutes and more to get to the local dispatcher. I'd be dead already if it was a real emergency.
2. My internet went down every time I used the phone. Tech support was no use!
3. Phone quality was bad.
4. Sales/ tech support people was not friendly nor customer-service driven.

I've been through a couple different VoIP providers and they have the best Customer Service by far! Some places won't repond for days if they respond at all...but these guys got back to me within a day and answered all my questions! Couldn't be happier!

I left feedback earlier because my phone was disconnected over the weekend. Well this morning they told me that it was just minor glitch in their system and they did not do it on purpose. So everything is good.

I would recommend this VOIP Service.

GREAT Customer Service.
Just little delay after dailing the number

I signed up for 6 months plan and already paid for 6 months in advance. Before I signed up the service, I clearly asked the customer service that Unlimited means Unlimited and there is no restrictions or limit of usage. They told me there is no limit of miuntes. So I signed up for $24.95 service without contract first to check the quality. After one month, I signed up for the contract and paid 6 months in advance. it has been 8 days since my first month of contract started and when i tried to make a call, my phone is disconnected. They disconnected the service without notifying me. No warning. WTF?
I checked my online usage, I have used total 229 minutes for this month. I have made $8 worth international calls and they have my credit card number to take payment of international calls automatically. For the first month when I signed up I had $7 worth international calls and they took automatically from my credit card. Well I don't mind about taking out money automatically from credit card because I used the service BUT disconnecting my service without warning and without any reason really made me angry.
Today is Sunday and their CS is closed. So there is no way my phone would working for one day. I will call tomorrow (monday) to find out the reason.

Customer service was nice when I was going to signed up for the contractVoice quality is good, a little delay but you can't tell most of the time, unless it's a international call.

Disconnect Service without Notice! NOT RELIABLE
Calls take really long to get connect. You have to wait for a while after dialing the number to get connected and ringing on next person's phone.
