Jive provides great customer support and their products work flawlessly.   It is a no brainer.   
I have a law firm in New York City and we started using Jive a few years ago after we got fed up with Verizon.   We have never looked back.  We have 7 phones now.  One of our employees is a mom who works from home and she has a Jive phone and we call her from the office - it is like she is here in the office.  Also her clients can call the firm and press her extension number and it is like she is here in the office.   It gives you flexibility to have remote workers.   Also, I love the emails voice mail feature - whenever I get a voicemail at the office, it automatically gets emailed to my iphone so i never miss anything.   I highly recommend Jive.  They also have a great online system that lets you control your phone system and set call forwarding and messaging functions.   

Great product and great company. My firm has been using Jive for years and we love it.

Calling Jive is always a pleasant experience.  Jive's customer service and technical support is top notch.  Super friendly and always available.  Any issues we have are resolved in a very expedited and efficient manner.

Quick and friendly service. Calls are clear and virtually no technical issues.
We'd like to have the ability to have more than 10 callers in the conference calls. It is our understanding this will be available in the near future.

I have been a happy Jive Communications customer for over two years.  I run two businesses out of my home and have a home line, two business lines with roll-overs and two different toll-free numbers.  I had been paying Verizon about $350 per month for this service.  My bill with Jive is slightly less than $100 a month.  I did have to buy some VOIP phones at several hundred dollars each, but that cost was recovered in the first few months.  When you call Jive about anything you quickly get a person who can, and wants to, help you.  So untypical of most telephone companies.  I'm a very happy Jive customer.

After a string of really bad office phone systems, we knew we had to make a change.  When we switched to Jive they were very responsive to the problems we had been having and worked with us to make sure we would no longer have the static and interference that plagued our calls in the past.  Customer service and technical support were always available to help us and stayed on the line with us as we tried to work out the bugs with our internet provider.  Jive has also allowed us to keep offices in two separate states and get ahold of one another by just dialing an extension.

Reliable and helpful customer service. Great equiptment that is easy to use.
Needed some tweaking of bandwidth settings to get started and still get some cutting out on calls if we're maxing our bandwidth - but NOTHING like we used to.

They really take care of you.  Problems happen, and I accept that.  But they have consistently impressed me with how they handle those problems.  I know that if I call needing help, that I will get it.

As you can tell, I am a big fan. With previous systems the quality was good at best and normally poor. Jive has provided not only excellent clarity but if we do have a question or want a different configuration, support has been helpful and complete.

As they say - This was not my first rodeo. We had tried other voip hosted services. Jive fixed everything that made us unhappy with the others. Sparkling clarity and ditto with customer service and support. Does not get any better than that.

I switched to Jive 2 years ago and haven’t looked back.  The service and support are excellent, and having a hosted PBX frees our company from any telephone location restrictions.  We have people working from multiple locations across the country, and we all have a full featured PBX system.  My only other comparison with VOIP is Vonage for a second line at my house.  Jive’s features and support are MUCH better, and the cost is nearly identical.  Sales and support are friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for?

I also like the bundled pricing.  Other plans may "look" cheaper, but when you add in the features you want, Jive is very competitively priced.

The new call routing software is a nice feature for people who like to do it themselves.  The call reports are another nice addition.  I would recommend Jive to anyone.

There is a lot to like about Jive. Perhaps the best feature is the customer service, when you need help, they are very helpful. The sound quality, features and reliability are all excellent as well. When I turned off my 7 POTS lines from the phone company, the technician asked “Why?” I said I was using a VOIP service and they told me, “I would be back.” Haa, that’s what they want you to think. Service and support are FAR superior to my baby Bell experience. The features and quality are an order of magnitude better.
The only cons are that occasionally there are some network issues affecting call reliability. Typically, I receive an email stating that they have seen some problems and are investigating them. In many cases, I never noticed there was a problem. I would say their reliability is very good, and _almost_ as good as a straight land-line.

Great phones and service.  We cut our bill in half, the service is reliable and over the past 5 months we have never been down.  The sale people (Candace) who is fanstic and support was great.  Phone delivery ready to go and we had them up and running within minutes.  I would recommend them to others!!!
