We've been using Jive for a couple of months in one of our 8 locations in the US after our traditional PBX died. We wanted to try out VoIP to reduce our hardware and maintenance costs and on the reccomendation of a former colleague that had used other VoIP carriers and switched, we chose Jive. So far, the service and features have been great. We're very satisfied with the service and pricing. We will be migratin our other offices over to Jive.

I learned about this comapny through another consumer when I was setting up our office in December of 2008. We have been with this company since January 2009. This was best decision we could've made. The system has great features. I was able to relocate my phone to my home office. Everything works as if I was sitting in the office itself. This is a really cool system. WHY PAY MORE TO THOSE OTHER COMPANIES WHEN YOU CAN PAY LESS AND HAVE MORE FEATURES AT THE SAME TIME. CHOOSE JIVE, I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

We are very happy with our decision to go with Jive. We started 1 year ago and use Jive in 3 locations in 2 states. Great to communicate with each other with just a 4 digit extension and no long distance charges. The quality of the equipment (25 phones) is excellent and we have not experienced any issues with the hardware. Tech support is quick, friendly and helpful. The cost of the equipment was easily paid for this year with the savings over our old phone system. I would recommend Jive to a friend.

When I started my business 4 years ago I knew that I wanted a VOIP system similar to what I was used to when I left the large multi-national company I was working for. I also knew that I didn't have the resources to pay for that system.
That's what I love about JIVE! All of those same 'big boy' features for a fraction of the cost. When I was shopping around for different services, those BIG PLANS would have cost me upwards of $2,000 just to have set up, and then the monthly fees were in the hundreds.
With Jive you get the same phone with the same features with the same scalability for just a couple of hundred to set up and a super low monthly fee (which is even less than the standard land line from the phone company).
Get Jive! Their name says it all...

Pros Online Control Panel that let's you configure the system to your liking. Great Sound Quality.

Cons Can't Dial Phone from computer, although I understand this will be an added feature soon.

We've used Jive for a few years with one of my businesses, and have now signed up for another, they do a great job. I'm sure everyone knows the benefits of VOIP, but the ability to have branch offices all over the country and have a reliable PBX to service them is wonderful.

Pros Great, friendly customer service, very responsive.

Cons Wish my older phones would work, but I needed new ones anyway...

As a small business owner, having the appearance and presence of a large and professional organization is very appealing. Using Jive phones in multiple businesses has helped us achieve just that while giving us the ability to focus our attention on providing customers the support they deserve. The Jive system is extremely reliable, the call quality is clear, and best of all it gives us global reach from literally anywhere.
The few times we have needed support, it was provided very quickly and our issues were solved. The phones are incredibly easy to set-up. Custom Dialing plans also made our lives easier as those were very easy for us to create and adjust on the fly.
Based on my experience over the last 2 years with Jive Communications I would recommend this system to anyone looking to start up quickly.

Pros Excellent call quality, extreme reliability, excellent fast support.

I have been working with Jive communications for several months now porting several offices from a different VoIP Provider. Working through the process has been a good experience. Currently we are using their service in 7 different locations with over 50 Phones. I could not be happier.

We have been using Cox as our PBX. We switched to Jive last year and have been super pleased with our service and tech support getting set up. There were a few situations we had to work through but our over all satisfaction is very high. Their tech service has been helpful too. The only suggestion I would have is to keep the tech line open longer (for those of us who work 24/7). Jive has allowed our company to grow and relocate our company without the complexity and hefty cost of traditional PBX equipment. We offer 24/7 customer service and it’s good to know that if we do have issues we can count on Jives tech support to help us out very fast. Jives sales team is also very friendly and helpful and responds quickly. Pricing is also very, very reasonable and helps our bottom line as we continue to grow. We also love the fact that the tools they offer online give GREAT stats and reports. Overall we have enjoyed working with Jive and appreciate the fact that they can grow as we grow.

We switched to JIVE housted PBX about 2 years ago. After some initial, minor issues, our phones have been working well. It is very important that you have decent internet bandwidth and quality Cat 5 or Cat 6 cabling as these phones operate over the same network as your computers. We chose the Polycom 550 phones which are well made and have a lot of great features.
Jive offers headache free phone service. There is no maintenance or repair needed as the PBX is hosted. I highly recommend JIVE to all small businesses.

Pros Excellent Quality. Great Sound. Easy Setup. No hidden fees. Customer service is responsive and competent.

Cons Every now and then (a couple of times per year), the phones need to be rebooted. It takes about 1 minute. No big deal. Also, we had to purchase our phones up front. Some providers will finance phones over the course of a contract.
