Easy Office Phone provides a great VoIP service that we had been looking for at a competitive price. They offer excellent quality of service in answering questions and resolving any potential issues and their team is dedicated to working with you to meet any needs you may have. Easy Office Phone allows us to have a reliable system across our organization's various locations that can easily be modified. Another plus is that their system also integrates exceptionally well with the X-Lite softphone allowing us to be extremely mobile.

After trying many of the current hosted VOIP/PBX providers on the market, I can tell you for sure that Easy Office Phone is the best! Getting set up was easy - they do all the work for you. Many hosted PBX providers don't have features that we were used to taking advantage of every day (paging, company-wide speed dials, Busy Lamp Fields/extension status lights...). EasyOfficePhone has all of these standard PBX features, plus things like online call records, fax-to-email service, and find me/follow me which we couldn't get from any traditional PBX. We’ve had sound quality problems with many other VoIP providers in the past, but not with EasyOfficePhone — no jitter/quality issues and no downtime. Their low monthly prices and great selection of phones were some other reasons we switched. Bottom line: you'll be sorry if you choose any provider other than EasyOfficePhone.

We have been using Easy Office Phone for almost a year now. We have two offices in different parts of the country and we travel extensively. Flexibility, reliability, and affordability are features we value in a telephone system. Easy Office Phone provides all three and along with their excellent customer service they provide an ideal solution for our needs.

Like an earlier reviewer, I had just about had enough of Business VoIP. My company had tried Packet8 with nothing but problems. It starts with contracts, activation and equipment fees and winds up with cancellation charges after terrible service. Not only poor voice quality, but horrible customer support. After discussing my problems with a group of people at my local Small Business Association, one colleague suggested I try Easy Office Phone. Having been burned before, I put it off for a month, but eventually decided it couldn't hurt to at least put in a call. I'm sure glad I did. The Sales guy was helpful and polite, and spent almost an hour answering the many questions I had. Today we're enjoying amazing service and getting everything we wanted. TWO IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Be sure to ask for REFERENCES!!! These guys gave me a list of clients to call without even asking. I wish I had thought of that earlier! 2. Don't transfer an existing number until you've the service out first. Get a new number and forward your old one if you have to. Once satisfied, then make the move. Cheers!

Feature set is comparable to most providers - what makes these guys shine is their voice quality and customer service. Well above the norm. Recommended!

Ok, I was through the ringer with VOIP providers. First tried packet8 (b4 finding this site), the service stunk...very poor quality, turns out the jitter was causued by level3 right at their location. They DID honor their 30 day money back guarantte. Then I used this site to find easyofficephone. Very nice on the phone, responsive to my MANY wierd questions, even let me do traceroutes and ping tests to their servers to be sure the jitter was acceptable. It was great. They did try to sell me the phones, but I bought Linksys phones instead, they were fine with that. After a month, we are VERY satisfied and are porting our numbers over. BTW, BIG TIP... NEVER port your number to a new provider... we used call forwarding to forward our main office number TO BE SURE the service is acceptable. Otherwise we would be stuck with packet8. Also, DO NOT use your fax on voip service, just unacceptable.

These guys have been excellent, there customer reps spend all the time talking to you that's necessary, I never felt they were trying to get me off the phone.
I had a couple problems initially but they were because of my internet connection, it was not this companys fault and there support people walked me through the issues.
Competitive price, friendly and helpful service, great voice quality and reliability, that is what I would say about Easy Office Phone. I recommend the.

Our company switched to Easy Office Phone's Hosted PBX platform about 5 months ago. The customer service really stands out in my opinion. I was assigned a personal account manager who helped us get all the phones setup and showed us how to use the system. The service has been really good.
