Super Green Hosting have been exceptional in helping me with the transfer of my site. So far, I have been with SuperGreen for a few months. I have never purchased web hosting prior to this. I feel that SuperGreen has been a reliable host for my website. I haven't experienced any up-time problems yet and they have delivered up to my expectations so far. The technical support has been there for me. Overall, I am quite satisfied with SuperGreen services and their effort in improving their support.
Customer for over 3 years. When it works, it's great, but you can expect issues several times a year and they can be catastrophic when they occur. Unfortunately, customer service is email only - you get an instant reply that they acknowledge the inquiry, but days go by without a response or solution. My last issue lasted 4 days and by pure luck, I found a disgruntled former customer who had the same problem who posted the fix before leaving them. I have done the same. They are old and tired and there are better solutions out there.
I have this service for 3+ years and I am a believer. Yes, there is an occasional issue that comes up, but no worse than any other option out there. Good price, quality and overall service.
