I haven't experienced any up-time problems yet and they have delivered up to my expectations so far. The technical support has been there for me. Overall, I am quite satisfied with SuperGreen services and their effort in improving their support.

Their support lines are always open, and their email responses are quick and easy to read (No Canned responses here). I migrated my traffic to Alacazar networks after reading many VOIP reviews, and their sterling reputation as a solid provider in the industry is what sold me. Upon switching over my termination, there was a instant cost savings especially when they turned me on to LRN routing. On top of that, crystal clear call quality and termination to more destinations I had not previously had which all in turn keeps my customers happy (More destinations, lower pricing). Alcazar Networks has helped my business grow over the years with their excellent and unprecedented service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent Origination and Termination services.
