I've been using iTalkBB's home phone and Chinese TV for years. Their service is great and affordable. With the price paid, I'm satisfied with the phone call quality and the variety of TV shows. Recently, a customer service representative reached out to me and introduced the iTalkBB home security camera. As a long-term customer, I decided to give it a try considering the camera was being marketed at an unbeatable price with attractive promotion. I've had the camera for almost three months now. It works great and does its job. I can monitor the camera closely through a phone app. I'm a frequent online shopper, therefore I absolutely love the two-way communication feature which allows me to talk to the delivery guy during this period to avoid unnecessary contacts. My neighbor is also interested in the camera after she saw how it works and I would recommend it to people who want security cameras for their home with limited budgets.
I've used their service for years. Indeed, I rarely use their phone service due to the rising of mobile service and WeChat. However, their Chinese TV and new products make me feel the company is specialized in serving Chinese immigrants. I see there is some negative comment about this company on billing and contract. The only thing I would like to recommend to other consumers like me is: Read before you sign, ask before you pay!
