I love that RingCentral is constantly upgrading its apps to make the service more useful and reliable. We've used RingCentral for five years now, and have been very happy with the price, service and overall experience. On the few times I've had an issue or needed help with an implementation, the support has been excellent. I have recommended RingCentral to others.
My business partner wanted to go with this service. I have my reservations, yet since my partner was excited we gave it ago. I was trying to change our credit card for billing. It took five calls to get an actual human. She was nice. She tried to help. Loading in three different credit cards because the system kept telling her our address was wrong. It wasn't until on the third credit card that was to a completely different business, address, and bank that she realized that it was not the cards but the system. At the same time, I get an email that they charged the first card which as the one they said we needed to change. I really feel for those who work there, what a damn nightmare to work in such an inefficient place.
