It work very well for low price. Many option are availlable. Good documentation to help configuration of my phone. When I need help it was good and quick.
Call quality is fantastic. System is always up when I need it. Service is always available when I need (as long as I have Internet access). Pricing is not the cheapest, but I'm more than happy with user-based pricing structure. Usage-based pricing is fantastic for me. It's not free, like some vendors, but you get what you pay for in that case. Chat-based customer service is stellar! Better than almost any chat-based customer service I've used for any vendor (and I've used dozens). I'm happy to pay low fees and have reliable service, high configurability, with great support to stand behind the service. By way of contrast, I was with Ooma residential service before. I was significantly displeased with Ooma's pricing and horrible customer support. I returned their hardware to the store.
