Initially I was unsure... HostMonster's website promises so much and at such a good price, it made me wonder... However, I didn't wonder for long.  These guys delivered in a big way.  Their customer support is unparalleled. The longest I have ever had to wait for a response was 5 minutes.  If for some reason your request is complicated or challenging, they will tell you and have been right on about the amount of time it would take. Account Setup was EASY!  I was on live chat for about three minutes and immediately after, I was able to set up the account in FIVE minutes. I now have four websites hosted with HostMonster.  Two of which they migrated from a previous host for FREE, and the other two they installed Wordpress and Pligg (+3 premium modules) for FREE. As you can tell, I am a firm believer of HostMonster and really have nothing negative to say about this web hosting company.

It has been and is still a smooth ride right from the beginning with HostMonster.  All the technical support is transparent and their "Help" categories are well written and right to the point. Actually, I cannot rate their customer relations since I have never had to deal with them; everything has worked fine.  I have never received a complaint or experienced any problems about speed or access to my site.  The price is competitive and I feel I am getting a lot more than what I have paid for.  I am extremely pleased with all aspects of HostMonster!

We've been with Commpeak for a couple of weeks. Everything worked fine, but suddenly no traffic possible. Commercial issues, pricint went suddenly up and then they just stop your traffice. That is unacceptable. They raised our pricing from 0.009 to 0.3 in one day. We stopped routing through them because this is strange behaviour. So be carefull, they want you to be customer, let you pay your prepaid amount, but then it stops. So, don't upload to much money if you want to use them, use only small amounts. Be aware of sudden price changes and not being able to make any call because of commercial issues. Get a backup connection somewhere else.
