Up until recently I was using long distance cards purchased at the local drugstore. The problem with these cards is that you never get the minutes you think you are paying for. Calling within our state to another area code costs 3 times more than I thought it would. Plus minutes sometimes mysteriously disappeared for no apparent reason. With Hello Highway you get exactly what you pay for and you no longer have to enter multiple digit phone numbers and pass codes. I simple dial a local phone number and dial the person I'm calling. It even allows for speed-dialing. Hello Highway makes it simple and I highly recommend them to anyone.
I use Hello Highway's service regularly and it is a great value!
Though their customer service people were friendly to me, they never were able to get the service working right. I tested the service about a dozen times a day, and found I only received my incoming calls about 10% of the time. After about a week, I had to give up.
you would think that all the voice over providers are the same. thats wrong! believe me ive had 4 different guys in the past year and the reason im on to #5 is because the others didnt work for diddly. im trying out this mylowphone now and so far its pretty good. got the box in less than a week and hooked it right up. cheap as can be too, im paying 15 bucks a month for the unlimited plan. i will keep you posted.
