I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I'm lovin this new promo I just got with JustHost.com. For only $5.95/month, YES $5.95 for a 12 month plan, I* get unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, unlimited data transfer, unlimited email accounts... Need I say more???? With all of this, I figured that JustHost.com must have a high level of downtime, however, they actually guarantee at least 99.9% up-time and if by chance it falls below that, they offer some sort of credit on your next bill. JustHost also brags about their impeccable customer service. Being that I am new to their services, I have not really had an opportunity to give my opinion on them regarding this but have high hopes that they will live up to their talk...
I switched to Just Host after multiple issues with AT&T Hosting Services. I am so pleased with Just Host that I am going to add another domain with them. Just Host makes it easy to configure your email accounts, set-up and e-business, manage the php/mysql backend, and more importantly, they have never hindered my site with domain downtime. Take it from me, someone that has experienced some hosting nightmares... Just Host is the best!
