I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. Cebod Telecom is an excellent choice for VoIP service, offered us a competitive monthly pricing, no setup fee and all substantial features. Its feature set, along with the thorough customer support makes it a provider worth considering. Sound quality is great as well, I did not believe it until I experienced it for myself. Managing phone system on web portal is also very easy.
