We signed up for this service; our router was a Linksys SPA3102 (brand new).  They could not get the phone to ring, and we could not receive incoming calls.  Despite this, they continued to bill us, and after the first attempt to fix our connection, they stopped responding to email.  After 2 weeks, we made the move to Vonage, and after installing our router (which amounted to connecting it), our phone began to ring again and all worked correctly.  We had a balance of nearly $40 with ContactTel, and we asked them to close the account and mail the balance to us, or send it by email money order:  never happened.  That was 8 months ago, and we don't expect to see that money again.  This place is a total rip off.

8x8 just gets the job done for us. A good phone system is one you don't have to think about much. It has all the features we need, and works well with our remote team on their smartphones. Haven't experienced any down time or customer service issues either.

have this service for over 3 years, never called for customer service until today when I really needed it. Some outsourced offshore guy told me they could not provide me support for "security reasons" Feel frsutrated paying $40+ a month when I cannot get service the time it really matters
