This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people. So far, I am having a great experience with www.uno.im. The service has worked without interruptions and was so simple for me to set up. When I had a question, I contacted them and they went above and beyond. I can now work (and play) from my mobile device and not have to worry about mixing up my business calls and my personal calls. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
