This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people. I am not only a Star2Star Dealer, but I have been using them in my office for 5 Years and have had no problems. Support has always been great, but I tell my customers, I am the first call for support. I have never charged a customer for a warranty repair, the only time I might charge a customer is if they do an add move or change that requires me to go on-site. All changes I can do online I do at no charge. The one thing I seem to find about all of the negative reviews, is they have problems with their dealers not providing the service they should. I am sorry you have that experience with your dealer. But I would recommend that if your dealer is not providing you the service you need, and they are charging for warranty repairs, call Star2Star and ask to have your account moved to another dealer because your dealer is not providing you the service you should be getting. Star2Star will act. And if they can't resolve things with your dealer, they will put you under another dealer that will take care of you.
I wish I could rate them as a 0. Terrible company, terrible service, terribe support. Don't use them.
