| Mitel MiCloud Connect | M5 06/04/2012 - 02:35 | The phone services are very good, and the dedicated e-fax lines have been great for our staff! | Sometimes it takes awhile for service tickets to be resolved, as well as multiple attempts before the issues are fixed. | I have been very impressed with M5's service and their staff; everyone who I've spoken with at their call center has been so helpful and friendly. When I first came on board with my company last month, we had multiple changes to implement with M5; it took some time and work, but they were very patient and helpful throughout my (many) calls to them. I have really appreciated all their hard work and their wonderful attitude! I would definately recommend this provider! |
