Never had a easier setup.. ever! | The dial tone timed out while holding for more than 2 sec before actually dialing.. this was such a pain.. but after a brief explanation of the issue to their support dept, their techs created a patch for the entire system... never in all my years has a service company actually fixed something I asked for.. amazing! | Aptela was by far the easiest phone service I've ever setup. I have heard negative things about VOIP in the past and was skeptical to say the least. I didn't want to spend the money and have a complete phone network installed in our new office buildout. I wanted cheap so I knew my only option was just go IP. I received the phones in just 1 business day and had all the extensions up in a few minutes and the entire office running inside of an hour. Shortly thereafter, a training rep was on a conference call with my staff to help squelch any confusion about how to handle the simple things; transferring, paging, etc... Normally a headache, It was refreshing to be done setting up my phone system almost as fast as I began. Getting Back to work was never so easy. As far as business phone service goes, these guys are really on their game. |
