Price is Good and operates without a computer Reliability was poor - had the device less than 2 months and it failed. Tech Support is non-existent - 10am-4pm Mon-Fri - wait hours on the phone to speak with anyone Sound quality marginal

I would NEVER recommend this service. This company needs to do much more in the way of customer service to win my business. Do not waster you money or time investigating this service.
