COntrol panel is very intuitive. Call quality is very acceptable. Meaning we never had any problem with it. | Not that I know. | I use Viatalk for around 6 years. I never have any problem and if I need support, - like today when I was setting up my fax line, - I can call tech support person and get actual help without listening to endless messages. As it stands, - I 'd use any onther company but Viatalk. |
