If you use a phone card for international calls, they will charge you extra on top of what phone card charge. | I dialed a local number to use a phonecard for international calls, was told there would be a charge. But you'll never going to find out how much is the charge. All you can see is you prepaid balance going down fast. Here is the end of my chat with 'the highest level of support you can chat with'.
