Billing statements are a pain to access if available at all. | 8x8 customer service is not good, expect bills of $60 per month per line and their billing system is horrible. We ran phones for multiple companies and for over two years have had problems downloading the phone statements. You have to go online and get them, they will not send them to you and over the years, there have at least three times that the statements could not be downloaded for several months at a time. Tech service agreed there was a problem each time, but could not produce a statement. |
