They are more expensive than others, and we just discovered a clause ini the contract that automatically renewed for an additional year if we didn't notify them. | It is hard to get through to service and the automatic renewal is the last straw. We were putting up with the poor reliability until the end of the contract, now we may have to pay a penalty to get out. Stay away from ACN. |
