Administering the system does not require a technology background. The price point makes it difficult to beat when adding up all the features. Lastly, the customer service is second to none. The representatives that I've had the pleasure to deal with have been very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. | No wireless conference phone offered. | Jive has been my telecom provider since the day I opened my business in January 2009. They were instrumental in helping me understand what my needs would be and in designing a system around my business. Shortly after signing up for the service a box showed up with the phones, I plugged them in and they worked. I've found that the system has a lot more features than what I am using so for anyone who needs all the bells and whistles, this is the solution. Also, the billing is very simple and straight forward. Unlike the help lines for some other companies there is always a friendly, easy to understand person on the other end of the line. I continue to recommend Jive to other business owners. |
