faxes worked, easy web or email access. Calling them is a pain because their call center routing it poor.

I am always suspicious of a company with a bad call center. Particularly a company in the business of telecom. A five minute call to cancel the service turned into 45 minutes of being on hold, being dropped, being sent to voice mail, and finally, when I was able to talk to a person (because I didn't follow their call center instructions) it was explained to me why my experience with their call center was perfectly fine, and, no, the person I was talking to was not going to do anything about it because their call center routing was obviously just fine. Lovely. I won't be using them next time.
