Great Customer Service!	None.	I did my research before I chose a VOIP service. My experience with VOIP prior to Jive was with Packet 8 with a previuos company. When it came time to start my own business I chose Jive. Great customer service with installation and changes. Easy to use phones. If you want to stop your research now on VOIP and go with a great product then choose Jive, you will not be disappointed.
