Cant port out a number without going through enough problems to make anyone pull their hair out. | The phone quality is horrible on calls. Always cuts out, even with high speed internet at 20+ Mbps. Then if you try to port out your number to another provider, the stall, create red herrings to chase down, then start a wild goose hunt, then they circle around and start it all over again. This is the most pitiful customer service experience I have ever had with anyone, and that includes cell phone and cable companies. I would definitely steer anyone away from this horrible company. It is just not worth the aggravation and clueless people on their end. |
