iCore Networks | Icore is the worst company i have ever had to work with 06/03/2013 - 08:44 | service does not work correctly from the moment you get it. terrible customer service. no help from supervisors ever | This is the only review i have ever written because i feel so strongly about this company. i run a hair salon and atleast 80% of our clients were not able to get through to us from the moment we got icore. They were "trying" to resolve the issue for the 3 months that we stuck with them. They were never able to fix it and continued to blame us or cox for the issue. They continued to tell us over and over they it was not on their end and not their fault. They still forced us to pay our bill for the 3 months even though they never fixed the issue. We looked at our numbers and brought in $20,000 LESS than we had the year before during those several months. Whether that be from recession or from not receiving client phone calls we will never know. However, we were told by our clients that they ended up going to other salons because they could not get ahold of us. Lucky for us we had alot of those clients walk in the door to get ahold of us but told us they thought we had closed for good. After we finally cancelled our service with them in March we have conituned to get bills each month for our monthly usage. Every time i tried to contact a supervisor to have the situation resolved i was told none of them were availble to speak with and i could leave a message. My messages were never returned. I emailed the billing department as well and asked them to get back to me by a certain date and if they did not i would contact the better business bureau. Even when i did that i was still never contacted so was forced to finally make a formal complaint with the BBB. I highly recommend looking into some other companies. |
