The best way to put it is that I have no complaints because the service does everything it is supposed to do, is rarely ever "down", and we get all of this at a great price compared to what we were paying before. My favorite feature is the way 8x8 integrates with your mobile phone. I can make calls using their app on my mobile phone and it will show up as my office number in the caller ID of the person I'm calling, which is great when I am out of the office. |
