Frustrated

I started with one in 2008 it was good so I decided to use it for business and bought 5 more to manage business. Troubles started last August, when one of them needed to be renewed, I tried to add a year to my subscription and couldn't so I started to chat with a live agent. They told me that my account is under review and I CAN NOT renew it and I have to wait for an email telling me it is done and I can renew. sFor almost FIVE months they did not finish this endless review and the lines are falling one after the other. Now the main busines device has expired and I had several MANY numerous chats every time same reply like an automated answer
Kathleen: ,as to what I've checked your account here in our database it appears that your account is still under our reviewing process by the desired representative and basically, that is the reason why you are unable to make any transactions in your account
Kathleen: I can only imagine how this situation disappoints and frustrates you. We will work on this so that this issue will have a resolution as fast as possibl
If anyone knows how or where I can complain and report this poor service, please advise.
