Broadvoice | We used Broadvoice for 4 months. In those 4 months, the service went down MULTIPLE times, lost our connection, it would come back periodically. When this would happen, I would attempt to contact Customer Service and was waiting on hold for 30 min + sometimes, by the time they would answer the service would be back up again and wouldn't get anywhere with support. Sometime I'd just give up after being on hold for so long. After talking with support they only had a few suggestions and wouldn't help out any further. Terrible company, terrible organization. I would never recommend anyone to use them for serivces, it doesn't work! look at the other reviews, their employees have no clue! |
