| ITP | ITP looks good upfront, but that's about all 04/22/2013 - 11:17 | The cost for their service is very good. | They don't follow through on requests from customers, and their support employees are not professional. | ITP initially comes across as a very friendly and professional company, plus their rates are very good. But I had to call them three times before they started the process of transferring my service. After a month of frustration, I called to cancel my service and after two more weeks it was finally cancelled. You shouldn't even call ITP, even is it's just for information. It's just not worth it. |
