Since the "sound quality" rating in this review is required, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with five stars, as I presume they use their own system, and sound quality on support calls with them has been excellent. | Plans and admin interface are somewhat dumbed-down, making more clicks and screens than quick and direct user/line/service administration I'd prefer. | Rep was a pleasure to work with--she was able to use tools at hand to identify the nature of the issue and quickly move toward a solution. She consulted with a colleague for a few moments during the process, keeping the session on track, and then explained the proposed solution. Upon my approval, she implemented the solution, and from what I've experienced so far, the RingCentral portion of the issue is resolved--quickly, courteously, professionally and efficiently. |
