It is Monday 05/16/2011 13:00 and all of my phones are down. The call to vocalocity's tech supports says it is out of service. This happened last month also. It means three or fours hours of customers not getting through and other problems. This is a very expensive issue for us. After it happened last month, we only received the general apology and some excuse email. No personal contact or direct acknowledgement. We are actively seeking another provider today. |
