You will find they are short on listening skills and you'll have to talk over them to get them to stop blurting and listen. Their employees are like machines, whereby they halt and give up at the first problem they encounter. They absolutely love to shift the blame at first opportunity and leave you with hours to spend resolving any issues on your own. If you like spending hours on simple problems and dogging someone to fix simple things, this is your provider to call. | Took them over 4 weeks to port my number before I gave up on them.
