8x8 | Absolutely not! 05/20/2015 - 17:06 | Price was better than landlines. | Sound quality progressively got worse. | Initial phone rates were great and so was the quality for the first year. Everything got progressively worse. I got new phones, new modems that were specially made for 8x8 that did absolutely nothing. Phone bills doubled in about 6 months. Phone calls would fade in and out and I would miss whole parts of the conversations. Features on the phone like the auto attendants would just come off for no reason as would the greetings. I would get voicemails at 7 am that said they were left at 5 pm that evening and nobody could figure out how to fix it?? I was with these people for 5 years and I called to drop a couple extensions and they said I had to give them 30 days notice. When I wanted to drop one of my numbers, that I'd had for years, I was told I had an Early Termination Fee?? I didn't sign a contract with them. They said because they posted it on their website it was the contract. I would warn anybody against signing up with these scammers!! |
