I have several Call Centers and many professional users in an office environment. Initial setup for the system was a piece of cake. The HUD Software works fantastic and is also customizable. My Fonality system was 50K less than one of the other companies that I was considering. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Fonality, hands down! Any time that I have called their support line, they were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. |
