New fax service works great 90% of the time. They were still working out some small kinks last couple months, but it's worked perfectly recently. Dial plan builder is SOO awesome, so legit! | Virtual fax works well, but is still a little cumbersome to use for outbound. Inbound is great. Everything else with Jive is pure bliss. Great tool for any size business! | Did lots of research on 7 or 8 competitors, read tons of VoIP recommendation blog entries, thoroughly looked into alternatives, like Vonage, and Jive ended up being cheaper for us, not to mention a much more fitting and thorough option. I so highly recommend Jive. |
