Customer service, features, and price are why I chose them and why I'm with them. The account portal online isn't something I use regularly but when I do, I need assistance from customer service by calling them.

I won't consider the idea of switching back to Verizon. Nextiva has been great in nearly every capacity and my phones finally work better than ever before.
