You can't tell on your cell phone whether or not you are using your magic jack number or your cell number. My home phones don't ring most of the time now that I have magic jack. The voice mail is cumbersome. The customer service is chat only by people who don't have English as a first language, and are vague about where they are and what their native tongue is. They don't read what I write carefully, so I have to repeat the same question over and over. I have spent hours on this, and they do not process my request for a refund. I love the idea of magic jack, but without reliable help, it is impossible to use. |
