No cons just make sure you have very good internet service.	8x8 VOIP phone service has helped propel our company to the next level by ensuring that we could both handle the flexibility needed in this day and age for office and mobile calling as well as the call volume. I highly recommend 8x8 service for their excellent phone service, customer care center and features. Every time I have needed help setting up a feature or creating away messages for vacations or best way to use the auto-attendant, a live personal 8x8 representative has been available to help me quickly and accurately.
