Gafachi: Excellent Experience

Quick setup and testing; call center specific features and advice; reps are responsive; straight forward billing
Cons
Not too much to say here but I will update as our business relationship proceeds. CMI is a little bare-bones but certainly functional.

Our experience with Gafachi has been excellent. We are currently using them mostly for US outbound calls and a little Intl. They have a lot of unique features that helped our call centers cut there phone bills in more than half.

We were please with our quick it was to get started with them and both our sales and technical reps have been responsive - they both helped use test and turn-up quickly.

Also, billing is very clear cut with CDRs are available in real-time.

Sangoma: Quality at Excellent Price

The number one company in the niche, can get to their head

Sangoma is the premier VoIP interface card company. They have been a great supplier for a long time. Their customer service is excellent and covers a wide range of issues and geographic areas. They continue to improve and enlarge their product range and improve their products using available new technologies. Interface card business is hard and takes a great deal of knowledge. This means a manufacturer has to work hard and does not get the credit it deserves. They supply hardware, firmware and drivers. In addition, they deal with nervous and not so friendly situations when an integrator is in a tough spot when installing and configuring a system. This is true for all card OEMS, but in the telephony / VoIP it's even more crucial. Snagoma pulls off this position with flying colors!

SIProutes.com: Frequent Problems

Price, but it turns out you get what you pay for. We would have paid more for a more reliable service.
Cons
Not ready to be production system. Hard to get them to troubleshoot problems. Disabled account for low usage when that was not required in contract. Impossible to get a refund of unused deposit

We had great hopes that this solution would allow us to use most reliable routing. Instead we got many errors and bad connections which lead us to scale back to a test volume. After running test for a bit, our service got suspended. We were told that we did not do enough volume to be worth keeping as a customer. Our contract did not specify a minimum required volume. Given the frequent problems we experienced with the service and the slow response time to production problems we could not afford to run production on the service. If we are not allowed to run the tests and troubleshoot it then we will never gain trust in the solution.

After the provider suspended our service, they are still holding on to our unused funds. At this point all we want is for them to return the funds to our credit card.

Would not recommend to a friend.
